Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for customer relationships, managing orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage order processing and documentation, ensuring accuracy and on-time shipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships while resolving issues proactively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and streamline processes
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in customer service, sales support, or account management
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Epicor
  • Background in manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills (40+ WPM)
