Job Summary
Managing pre- and post-sale operational support, the full-time hybrid Account Manager will drive client success by utilizing campaign data and insights to enhance strategic account plans and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own pre- and post-sale operational support for the direct sales organization, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize campaign data and analytics to inform strategy and translate data into compelling narratives through reports and business reviews
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients and identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of media experience in a client-facing or fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in a related field (ad tech, customer success, project management)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint or Keynote, and Salesforce
