Job Summary

Managing post-sale relationships for mid- to top-tier clients, the full-time Account Manager will translate marketing objectives into integrated media strategies, ensuring campaign performance and client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team aligned to category revenue volume and account complexity, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Own client relationships, ensuring partnership health, investment outcomes, and satisfaction
  • Provide consultative leadership to cross-functional teams, optimizing campaigns to align with client goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media, client services, or sales support within an ad tech or media organization
  • 1+ year of direct client-facing experience
  • Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Domo, Looker)
  • 2+ years of Retail Media Network experience preferred
