Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of SMB customers, the full-time Account Manager will drive retention, renewals, and account growth while serving as a trusted advisor and primary post-implementation contact to ensure customer success and maximize their investment in Bullhorn.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals, product adoption, and account health
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities to maximize customer value and business outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Required qualifications
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or another customer-facing commercial role
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships that drive retention and revenue growth
- Comfort with consultative selling and helping customers solve business challenges
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage a busy portfolio of customer accounts
- Experience working within SaaS or another technology environment is a plus
