Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Account Manager will focus on customer retention, expansion revenue, and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from their investment in the SaaS platform remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and conduct regular business reviews
- Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes while identifying expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate account plans and achieve monthly and quarterly retention and expansion targets
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth
- Experience managing customer portfolios and renewal cycles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
