Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of existing customers, the full-time Account Manager will focus on customer retention, expansion revenue, and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from their investment in the SaaS platform remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and conduct regular business reviews
  • Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account plans and achieve monthly and quarterly retention and expansion targets
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth
  • Experience managing customer portfolios and renewal cycles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
