Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of up to 150 accounts, the remote Account Manager will drive retention, revenue growth, and quota attainment while managing the full lifecycle of client relationships, including onboarding, renewal negotiations, and business reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Drive retention and expansion within a portfolio of accounts, achieving defined upsell and cross-sell targets
- Identify and close growth opportunities through consultative selling and solution positioning
- Manage the renewal cycle end-to-end, including forecasting, negotiation, and timely closing
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or a client-facing revenue role with a proven track record
- Experience managing a large account portfolio (100+ accounts) while maintaining high engagement and satisfaction
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities
- Proficient in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, with skills in reporting and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
