Job Summary

Managing and expanding relationships within an assigned territory, the full-time Account Manager will drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling software solutions and services to existing customers in the ophthalmology and optometry sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage designated territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Promote and sell additional product lines such as MIPS tools, RCM services, and credit card processing solutions to enhance customer value
  • Conduct virtual demos and consultations to showcase product benefits and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS or software solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through upselling and cross-selling
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
