Job Summary

To support strategic healthcare clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will focus on client retention, identify new revenue opportunities, and develop relationships at the executive level within hospitals and healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes strategies to retain revenue and close new opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Establishes trusted advisor relationships with hospital executives and maps decision makers to effectively implement retention strategies
  • Maintains accurate forecasts and provides regular updates on retention and new revenue opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of clinical surveillance systems and pharmacy productivity solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients
  • Experience in identifying and closing revenue opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM software for account management
