Job Summary

Owning post-sale success and executive partnerships for assigned strategic accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage customer relationships, drive value realization, and ensure operational alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end customer operating cadence from onboarding through scale, establishing clear success criteria and governance
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and operational leaders, leading QBRs/EBRs focused on outcomes and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against customer priorities and mitigate risks related to adoption and organizational change
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in owning post-sale customer relationships and facilitating stakeholder alignment leading to measurable outcomes
  • Experience in driving value realization, including defining success criteria and tracking measurable impact
  • Strong program ownership skills with the ability to manage scope, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • High comfort operating cross-functionally with sales, product, delivery, data, and support teams
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and maintain operating discipline in complex environments
