Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and market research.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure quality presentations and solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or equivalent roles in the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
