Job Summary
Building strong client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage day-to-day project-level needs, develop quotes, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Master Dynata products and services to effectively meet client needs and project requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resources to execute bids successfully
- Collaborate with sales and client service teams to drive positive outcomes and identify competitive insights
Required qualifications
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and web conferencing software (e.g., GoToMeeting, WebEx)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong pipeline management skills
- Ability to uncover additional client needs beyond initial project details
