Job Summary

Building strong client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage day-to-day project-level needs, develop quotes, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Master Dynata products and services to effectively meet client needs and project requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resources to execute bids successfully
  • Collaborate with sales and client service teams to drive positive outcomes and identify competitive insights
Required qualifications
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and web conferencing software (e.g., GoToMeeting, WebEx)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong pipeline management skills
  • Ability to uncover additional client needs beyond initial project details
