Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and clients, the remote Account Manager will deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries, facilitating the renewal process, and leading client meetings while collaborating with internal departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, including prompt responses to inquiries and analysis of plan performance
- Facilitate the renewal process for various coverage types, ensuring timely completion of all associated reporting
- Act as the central gatekeeper for client renewal information, distributing details to relevant departments and addressing additional information needs
Required qualifications:
- Experience in client management or a similar role within the benefits administration field
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data for reporting purposes
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with clients
- Ability to lead virtual and in-person meetings effectively
- Experience with Open Enrollment processes and client renewal discussions
