Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Account Manager will build relationships with existing customers, drive expansion sales growth, and manage account health metrics to ensure customer success and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive expansion sales growth and maintain strong retention within a dedicated territory
  • Conduct tailored account reviews to align software solutions with client needs
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS/software Account Management or Customer Success, focusing on post-sale growth
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding expansion and retention targets
  • Strong ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient with CRM and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to travel domestically on a quarterly basis for industry events and client meetings
