Job Summary
Managing contingent workforce programs for multiple clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee program P&L operations, maintain proficiency with VMS tools, and deliver exceptional customer service while leading account management teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage contingent workforce programs, fulfilling project needs through effective supplier and vendor sourcing
- Oversee program P&L operations for multiple MSP accounts to achieve targeted profitability
- Provide leadership and guidance to account management teams, ensuring collaboration and professional growth
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing staffing or workforce solutions accounts
- Proven track record in complex client environments with MSP or multi-vendor programs
- Advanced proficiency in VMS platforms such as Beeline and VNDLY
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and develop growth strategies
- Demonstrated leadership and client-facing skills, including team management and conflict resolution
