Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of strategic client accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will build long-term client relationships, drive account health and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive maximum value from their partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact
- Own revenue forecasting for the portfolio and identify opportunities for account expansion and renewals
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Creative Leads to deliver a seamless client experience and provide strategic insights
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of account management or client services experience within a creative, design, or marketing agency
- Proven experience in owning and growing accounts with a focus on retention and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of creative and digital delivery processes
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving
