Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing needs and concerns
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Proactively manage daily account activities and collaborate with internal teams on client challenges and opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
