Job Summary
Owning the client operating rhythm for Creative Operations, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure clarity in stakeholder needs, and utilize AI tools to enhance account management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain account context, including stakeholder priorities, open questions, and follow-ups for selected clients
- Facilitate the client operating rhythm, ensuring meetings and actions are organized and tracked effectively
- Transform vague client requests into clear next steps and actionable items while leveraging AI tools for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in managing client relationships and complex operational conversations
- Strong written and spoken English skills for clear communication
- High agency and ability to escalate issues proactively
- Interest and experience in using AI tools for account management
- Familiarity with workflow and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Notion, or similar systems
