Job Summary

Owning the client operating rhythm for Creative Operations and Systems/Process Design, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client context, stakeholder needs, and operational clarity while utilizing AI tools to enhance account management efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the account context for clients, including stakeholders, priorities, and follow-ups
• Run the client operating rhythm to ensure clear communication and action tracking
• Utilize AI tools to improve client interactions and operational workflows

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in managing client relationships and operational conversations
• Strong written and spoken English skills for effective communication
• High agency and structured thinking capabilities
• Proficiency with workflow and collaboration tools such as Airtable or Asana
• Interest in becoming an expert in AI-enabled account management
