Job Summary

Building strong client relationships, the full-time Account Manager will coordinate digital marketing execution, manage ongoing client communications, and drive account growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of child care and early education clients, ensuring a positive client experience and retention
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking
• Facilitate proactive communication with clients, providing insights and updates on campaign performance and opportunities for upselling

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client success, or a client-facing digital marketing role
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO, and social media
• Experience managing multiple client relationships or projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
• A reliable remote work setup with availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule
