Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Account Manager will oversee post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while identifying upselling opportunities within a portfolio of private and public sector clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing regular engagement and feedback collection
- Handle the renewal process for subscriptions and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating with internal teams
- Support procurement and contract management processes, ensuring compliance and monitoring deliverables
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client success, preferably with public sector organizations
- Experience working with government or intergovernmental organizations related to data provision or conflict research
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with procurement and contracting processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
