Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Account Manager will support campaign lifecycles, ensure client satisfaction and retention, and drive performance reporting, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client portfolios and support campaigns throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high retention through regular performance reporting and persuasive presentations
  • Negotiate business terms, upsell services, and push optimizations to meet client and internal goals
Required qualifications
  • Experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce or retargeting
  • Strong persuasive communication skills with experience in negotiations and presentations
  • Proficient in Excel with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles with a good track record
