Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing client programs and projects remotely, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring successful execution from kickoff to completion while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent programs
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workback schedules, and execution timelines
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct Account Management, Project Management, or Client Services experience
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Experience with project management or workflow systems such as Airtable, Salesforce, or Jira preferred
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related project management certification is a plus
