Job Summary

To support a growing Named Accounts program, the full-time Account Manager will manage client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure customers realize the full value of the Worldly platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Consistently meet account growth targets for revenue and engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of client accounts, fostering deeper relationships
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and forecast revenue from renewals, upsells, and account-influenced indirect revenue
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but proven success in a similar account management role is more important
  • Prior experience collaborating closely with teammates in a remote work environment
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets
  • Experience in a technology/SaaS organization or related context with high volume B2B relationships
  • Commitment to sustainability as evidenced by professional or life experience
