Job Summary
Owning and growing a strategically significant portfolio of mid-market law firm accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives while ensuring long-term client retention and executive alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Executing strategic account plans to balance retention and expansion growth objectives
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Building executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to position the company as a strategic partner
Required qualifications
- JD degree and legal industry experience, preferably within a law firm or legal technology company
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or legal technology
- Strong understanding of law firm operations and legal workflows
- Demonstrated ability to drive client growth and retention
- Experience managing customer activity and forecasting in Salesforce or a similar CRM
