Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the remote Account Manager will manage advertising campaigns, build client relationships, and drive sales growth while ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharma clients, acting as the main point of contact post-sale
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, while identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Develop strategic plans for accounts and collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and conduct regular account reviews
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital or programmatic advertising in an account management or similar role
  • Experience managing and executing digital campaigns as the lead point of contact
  • Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including ad verification products and DSPs
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360 and other analytics tools is a plus
