Job Summary
Owning the revenue side of customer relationships, the full-time Account Manager will manage renewals, expansions, and upsells for a portfolio of accounts while working remotely from the US or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of accounts
- Formalize and scale the expansion playbook to identify growth opportunities
- Engage directly with finance teams to connect Aleph's value to their outcomes
Required qualifications
- Strong analytical background in finance, consulting, engineering, or product
- Proven experience carrying and hitting sales quotas
- Ability to engage in CFO or FP&A conversations with credibility
- Experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role is a plus
- Familiarity with FP&A processes and finance team workflows is advantageous
