Job Summary
Managing day-to-day communication and delivery for mid-sized accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will coordinate across 2-3 products or services, translating client goals into actionable plans and ensuring proactive client engagement and budget management.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage communication and delivery for mid-sized accounts, including timelines and resource usage
- Prepare inputs for monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews, aligning results with client strategies
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations while coordinating across service lines to maintain consistent messaging
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency and client-facing role
- Experience managing small scopes or mid-sized client accounts independently
- Strong understanding of how various marketing channels support business goals
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
