Job Summary
Driving sales within a defined territory, the full-time Account Manager will engage with existing clients to meet sales goals through proactive outreach and account management, working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sell to agencies via telephone to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets using Solution Selling techniques
- Identify new sales opportunities and manage internal sales processes while keeping the CRM updated
- Conduct territory planning and participate in quarterly business reviews to develop and execute a growth strategy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in consulting with clients on business objectives and providing tailored solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Ability to work hybrid from one of the company's offices in Chicago, Lincoln, or Dallas-Fort Worth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
