Job Summary

Driving expansion revenue within an assigned book of existing customers, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual expansion revenue goals
  • Engage with assigned accounts quarterly to understand their business priorities and identify needs for Arcoro solutions
  • Self-generate new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle while maintaining accurate pipeline documentation
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a quota-carrying role focused on expanding existing accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals tied to cross-sell, upsell, and expansion within an existing customer base
  • Experience executing a structured sales process and applying a defined sales methodology
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across multiple departments and levels of leadership
