Job Summary
Driving growth and managing Tier 2/3 customers, the full-time remote Account Manager will focus on prospecting new business, servicing existing accounts, and creating customized quotes while ensuring high-margin order closures.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly gross profit sales goals while maintaining and expanding client accounts
- Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts and projects, ensuring effective communication
- Complete a predetermined quota of outgoing sales calls and provide exceptional customer service
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales or account support experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
