Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of nonprofit clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee client relationships, lead a team of finance professionals, and ensure quality control and service delivery across financial outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management
- Directly manage and develop Financial Strategists, Finance Managers, and Bookkeepers within the team
- Oversee the finance side of new client onboarding and ensure quality standards across all financial deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in nonprofit environments
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Advanced QuickBooks skills, preferably ProAdvisor Certified
