Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of nonprofit clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee client relationships, lead a team of finance professionals, and ensure quality control and service delivery across financial outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management
• Directly manage and develop Financial Strategists, Finance Managers, and Bookkeepers within the team
• Oversee the finance side of new client onboarding and ensure quality standards across all financial deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in nonprofit environments
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Advanced QuickBooks skills, preferably ProAdvisor Certified
