Job Summary
Owning the client relationship from start to finish, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage a portfolio of law firm clients, ensuring precision in scheduling, problem-solving, and communication while utilizing cutting-edge tools.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm clients, managing all touchpoints and ensuring client satisfaction
- Schedule jobs, handle reschedules and cancellations, and maintain client deadlines to keep engagements on track
- Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic accounts and provide exceptional service to foster long-term client relationships
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, preferably in legal services or a relationship-driven industry
- Proven ability to build trust with clients and communicate effectively at all levels, including executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with KPI-driven accountability and a track record of meeting metrics like retention rate and quality achievement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment with excellent listening skills and sound judgment
