Job Summary
Driving growth through client relationship management, the full-time remote Account Manager will expand customer adoption, protect revenue, and identify upsell opportunities within their book of business.
Key responsibilities
- Increase net dollar retention through proactive upsells and strong relationship management
- Lead client contract renewals to expand Annual Recurring Revenue and strengthen partnerships
- Identify and close new opportunities within assigned accounts to support a land and expand strategy
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary degree, preferably in business or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Outgoing and personable nature with a sales-driven attitude
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
