Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication while collaborating with operational teams, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to align service delivery with client expectations and contractual obligations
  • Monitor account performance and customer feedback, proactively addressing concerns and facilitating issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
