Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Account Manager will manage client accounts remotely, focusing on project management and sales initiatives while ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and execute sales projects to achieve targeted revenue growth for client accounts
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining client expectations
- Educate clients on order processes, quality standards, and production timelines, while producing creative quotes and presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in corporate marketing, project management, or a related agency role
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of industry-specific manufacturing and production methods
- Must be willing and able to work within the Pacific Time Zone
