Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of existing clients, the full-time Account Manager will drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success with the Litify platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities aligned with client goals
  • Consult and strategize with clients to enhance their business using Litify
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS account management or customer-facing role
  • Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
