Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of existing clients, the full-time Account Manager will drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success with the Litify platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities aligned with client goals
- Consult and strategize with clients to enhance their business using Litify
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS account management or customer-facing role
- Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships
- Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
