Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients remotely, the full-time Account Manager will nurture customer relationships, handle support escalations, and identify growth opportunities within cloud environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the cloud management platform and customer needs to drive engagement
- Manage customer-related support escalations and negotiate long-term commitments with stakeholders
- Deliver regular quarterly reviews, tracking project timelines and identifying cost optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Engineering role
- 3+ years of experience at a technology company
- Strong technical skills to engage effectively with technical teams
- Great operational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- A desire to grow within the organization and broaden skill sets
