Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients remotely, the full-time Account Manager will nurture customer relationships, handle support escalations, and identify growth opportunities within cloud environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the cloud management platform and customer needs to drive engagement
  • Manage customer-related support escalations and negotiate long-term commitments with stakeholders
  • Deliver regular quarterly reviews, tracking project timelines and identifying cost optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Engineering role
  • 3+ years of experience at a technology company
  • Strong technical skills to engage effectively with technical teams
  • Great operational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • A desire to grow within the organization and broaden skill sets
