Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of current Configure One customers, the full-time Account Manager will drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities remotely while acting as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value and growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage relationships with an assigned book of current Configure One customers
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities to consistently grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Deliver product demonstrations and business value presentations via web and occasional in-person meetings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or specialty vehicles preferred
  • Experience in complex SaaS outside sales, especially CPQ or ERP-related solutions preferred
  • Proven ability to sell to engineering, operations, and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development
