Job Summary
To support the growth of newsletter operators and media brands, the remote Account Manager will provide onboarding and account management services, act as a strategic advisor on audience growth and monetization, and contribute insights to the newsletter community.
Key responsibilities
- Providing concierge onboarding and account management services for major clients using Paid Recommendations and Partner Program tools
- Acting as a strategic advisor by analyzing performance, setting targets, and planning audience growth and monetization strategies
- Contributing insights and learnings to the broader newsletter community through internal channels and social media
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience working with successful newsletter businesses (100k+ subscribers or $1m+ in revenue)
- 2-5 years of account management experience, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers at major media brands in native-level English
- Strong timezone overlap with the US for working hours
