Job Summary
To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage training programs and executive coaching engagements, build relationships with client stakeholders, and drive account growth through strategic recommendations and referrals.
Key responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders and ascertain their needs to recommend Fast Forward products
- Manage training programs from start to finish, collaborating with sales and facilitators to implement customized solutions
- Analyze program feedback and present insights to measure client ROI and enhance the client portfolio
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management, preferably in client services/consulting or HR/L&D/DEI functions
- Proven track record of building relationships with mid and senior-level clients and stakeholders
- Experience managing project resources and timelines for multiple engagements simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of management/leadership, organizational development, and talent development
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexibility and self-motivation
