Job Summary
To maximize client management and satisfaction, the remote Account Manager will collaborate with brands and internal teams to execute strategies, enhance client retention, and increase sweepstakes booking volume.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with active brands to ensure satisfaction throughout their campaign journey
- Provide excellent customer service through email, virtual meetings, and phone calls
- Analyze client interactions and implement new tactics to enhance overall client experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
