Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify business opportunities
- Utilize sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients
- Develop and implement strategic Account Plans while maintaining positive client relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
