Job Summary

Supporting a medical affairs and publications account, the full-time remote Account Manager will serve as a key client partner, lead project execution, and manage timelines and budgets to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives
• Lead the execution of medical affairs and publication projects from planning through submission
• Collaborate with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate scientific communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in medical communications with a focus on medical affairs and publications
• Proven experience managing manuscripts and congress deliverables
• Strong project management and financial oversight skills
• Familiarity with publication management systems (e.g., iEnvision and Veeva) is a plus
