Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of manufacturing customers, the remote Account Manager will develop deep relationships, drive customer success, and identify growth opportunities while managing the customer lifecycle using ECI's Deacom ERP solution.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Develop and execute account plans that drive customer adoption, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Manage sales opportunities within an assigned customer base, including pipeline management and contract closure
Required qualifications
- Proven success in account management, consultative sales, or customer success, preferably in enterprise software or technology
- Experience working with manufacturing customers and understanding manufacturing operations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to customer objectives
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree preferred
