Job Summary

Supporting Field Account Executives, the full-time Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, assist in executing strategic plans, and develop consultative selling skills in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support AEs and Sr. AEs in executing strategic account plans and prepare materials for business reviews
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while maintaining disciplined pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
  • Develop client relationships through regular communication and assist in executing Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or a related role
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a quota-carrying sales career
  • Early signs of CRM discipline and organizational rigor
  • Genuine excitement for commission-based earnings and growth potential
  • Coachable and self-aware with strong written and verbal communication skills
