Job Summary
Supporting Field Account Executives in managing a portfolio of accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will focus on account management, revenue enablement, and client relationship development while preparing for future promotion to a Sales Account Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AEs and Sr. AEs in executing strategic account plans and monitoring account health indicators
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while conducting preliminary discovery conversations
- Maintain regular communication with clients and assist in executing Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or a related commercial role
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a quota-carrying sales career
- Early signs of CRM discipline and organizational rigor in a metrics-driven environment
- Clear motivation for financial growth and excitement about commission opportunities
- Coachability and self-awareness with the ability to take feedback constructively
