Job Summary
Supporting Field Account Executives, the full-time Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, assist in executing strategic account plans, and develop consultative selling skills while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AEs and Sr. AEs in executing strategic account plans and preparing materials for business reviews
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts while maintaining disciplined CRM practices
- Develop client relationships through regular communication and participation in Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or a related commercial role
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a quota-carrying sales career
- Early signs of CRM discipline and comfort in a metrics-driven environment
- Clear motivation for financial growth and commission-based earnings
- Coachable and self-aware, able to take feedback constructively
