Job Summary
To grow and maintain an existing client base of Biopharma accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on achieving sales targets and executing comprehensive account plans while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective account management
- Understand clients' business structures and strategies to align Citeline's solutions with their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive client success and document sales activities in SFDC
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or similar roles
- Strong account leadership skills with a track record of expanding client business
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and consultative sales experience
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and identifying risks and opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
