Job Summary
Focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client communications, uphold service standards, and ensure operational proficiency in travel services while adapting to changing requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Uphold high standards of client service and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Review service requests and ensure all options are accurate and delivered on time
- Resolve issues and provide guidance to meet client needs and expectations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a client-serving role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in travel, logistics, GDS Sabre, or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms is a plus
- Passion for building relationships and collaborating within a team environment
