Job Summary

Focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage client communications, uphold service standards, and ensure operational proficiency in travel services while adapting to changing requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Uphold high standards of client service and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Review service requests and ensure all options are accurate and delivered on time
  • Resolve issues and provide guidance to meet client needs and expectations
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a client-serving role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in travel, logistics, GDS Sabre, or hospitality industry preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms is a plus
  • Passion for building relationships and collaborating within a team environment
