Job Summary
Supporting Field Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, the full-time Account Manager will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, enhance client relationships, and develop sales skills in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AEs and Sr. AEs in executing strategic account plans and preparing materials for business reviews
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while maintaining disciplined pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
- Develop consultative selling skills through regular communication with clients and shadowing senior sales conversations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or a related commercial role
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a quota-carrying sales career
- Early signs of CRM discipline and comfort in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong motivation for commission-based earnings and a clear ambition for career advancement
- Coachable and self-aware, able to take feedback constructively
